CrickZilla General Facility Waiver & Conditions

Physical Activity Risk & Assumption of Risk By participating in activities at CrickZilla (including but not limited to Cricket Lanes, Box Cricket, Virtual Reality, and Escape Rooms), you acknowledge that these activities involve inherent physical risks. You assume full responsibility for any personal injury or damage.

Fitness & Medical Disclosure You confirm that you are physically fit to participate and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation. Consult a physician if unsure.

Equipment & Facility Conduct Proper athletic footwear is required at all times. Equipment must be used as intended. Any deliberate damage to the facility or equipment will result in charges to the booking customer.

Booking & Punctuality Responsibility Bookings start and end exactly at the scheduled times. Late arrivals will not receive extended time. You are responsible for ensuring your group arrives on time.

Cancellation & Refund Policy Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a refund. No refunds are provided for cancellations within 24 hours.

Emergency & Damage In the event of an emergency, please follow staff directions or posted signs. The booking organizer is liable for any damages caused by their group.

Privacy & Communications We collect your personal information to manage your booking and for security purposes. We will not sell your data to third parties.

Consumer Rights This agreement does not exclude any consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
