Participation & Physical Activity
Cricket, box cricket, VR activities, and all other physical activities at CrickZilla carry an inherent risk of injury. All participants engage in activities at their own risk. CrickZilla strongly recommends that participants consult a medical professional before engaging in any physical activity, particularly those with pre-existing health conditions.
Supervision of Minors
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times while on CrickZilla premises. For birthday party and group bookings, a parent or guardian must remain on-site for the duration of the event.
Bookings & Cancellations
Lane and event bookings are subject to availability and our standard cancellation policy. CrickZilla is not liable for any loss incurred due to booking changes, cancellations, or facility closures beyond our control.
Equipment & Facility Use
All participants must follow facility rules and coach instructions when using equipment, including the Bola Truman 3 bowling machines. CrickZilla is not responsible for damage to personal belongings or equipment brought onto the premises.
Virtual Reality (VR) Zone
The VR experience is not recommended for individuals with epilepsy, heart conditions, pregnancy, or motion sensitivity. Participants with any such conditions do so entirely at their own risk.
